Nearly 650 guests are slated to attend the Respite for All Foundation’s third annual Brain Science Luncheon on Tuesday, October 22. The Respite for All Foundation began this event in 2022 as an opportunity to bring experts to the River Region to discuss the latest advancements in maintaining brain health, and the growth of this luncheon is made possible by the support of numerous sponsors, including Platinum Sponsor Baptist Health.

This year the luncheon will feature secrets from the Blue Zones, which are parts of the world known for their longevity and health made famous by the hit Netflix series. The luncheon will be keynoted by Blue Zones VP Dan Buettner Jr., who will be there to share the amazing long-term benefits that a Blue Zones life can help you achieve, including: live a longer, better life; have more energy, feel stronger, and gain health; have better sleep and feel rested every day.
